**VIE Investment Grade Finance Analyst IBERIA - Madrid, H/F**

**CONCRÈTEMENT VOTRE QUOTIDIEN ?**:
Vous rejoignez l’équipe exécution du département Corporate Debt Platform CDP. Cette équipe est responsable de l'origination, de la structuration et de l'exécution d'une variété de financements corporate comprenant prêts syndiqués, financements d'acquisitions et émissions obligataires pour un large éventail de client toute notation confondue (Investment Grade et Non-Investment Grade).

Vous procédez à l’analyse financière et sectorielle. Vous élaborez des propositions client en coopération avec différentes équipes (Coverage, M&A, ECM, DCM & Loan Syndication). Vous élaborez et analysez des modèles de financement & de rating. Enfin, vous exécutez des mandats de financement ("Term Loan" et "High Yield"), préparez des notes de crédit et de marché et gérez les processus internes lors de l'exécution des mandats.

**L’ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL, C’EST IMPORTANT **:
Le département Corporate Debt Platform offre une large gamme de produits et de services de financement sur les marchés mondiaux des obligations et des prêts. La clientèle de CDP comprend des centaines d’entreprises à l'échelle mondiale. CDP a la capacité d’effectuer des transactions partout dans le monde et de fournir des produits de financement libellés dans les principales monnaies mondiales (USD, EUR, JPY...).

L'équipe en charge de l’origination et du conseil s’appuie sur des pôles de syndicat basés à New York, Londres, Paris, Tokyo, Zurich, Hong Kong, Singapour et Bruxelles, ce qui lui permet d’avoir l’un des rayonnements mondiaux les plus importants au sein des grandes banques.

Le poste est basé à Madrid. Les bureaux sont facilement accessibles en transport en commun.

Cette expérience vous permet d’acquérir les fondamentaux des marchés mondiaux des obligations et des crédits. Vous développez plus particulièrement les connaissances nécessaires à la structuration, l’exécution ainsi que la gestion du portefeuille des transactions de financement par la dette. Vous consolidez vos compétences en analyse crédit et en modélisation financière.

Vous travaillez au sein d’une équipe expérimentée, présente, et reconnue, dans un environnement international. Vous aurez l’opportunité de développer votre réseau et votre visibilité au sein de notre organisation, localement chez BNP Paribas CIB Global Markets mais aussi plus globalement.

**ETES-VOUS NOTRE PROCHAIN VIE INVESTMENT GRADE FINANCE ANALYST IBERIA BASÉ À MADRID ?**:
Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master avec une spécialisation en Finance et/ou mathématiques et vous justifiez d'une première expérience d’au moins un an (stages et alternance inclus) sur un poste similaire.

Vous disposez de solides connaissances du marché des capitaux (Obligations, Créances) et en financement à effet de levier, financement lié à une acquisition, crédits structurés ainsi qu’en analyse du risque.

Vous maitrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Votre niveau d’anglais et d’espagnol est avancé.

De plus, votre rigueur, votre adaptabilité et votre esprit d’équipe seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre capacité à gérer un projet et à définir des indicateurs de performance pertinents pour finir de nous convaincre.
