**The role : International Legal Intern M/F**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work on all of our legal topics in connection with our teams in: Spain, France, Switzerland and Germany
- Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements and contract management
- Conduct rigorous legal research on different legal areas as required for responses to legal questions of other departments and as necessary to inform the business on recent legal developments
- Support in the GDPR implementation
- Support in the CSR action plan of the Group
- Administrative tasks and support the Legal Department in their daily work, e.g. by assisting with the preparation of presentations and training material and carrying out internal audits

**We are looking for**:

- A personality Someone who is a driving force, persevering, with a strong desire to participate in an ambitious entrepreneurial project, with a passionate and motivated team
- Someone with a winning spirit, who wants to work in a dynamic and demanding international environment
- Someone who is organized, curious, with a sense of detail and optimization, and good communication skills. You will have to define rules and processes and ensure that they are applied internally and optimized
- Someone who wants to live an experience in the Legal department of an international company
- Interest and basic knowledge in different legal areas (e.g. Commercial and Corporate law, Labor law, data protection and privacy, etc.)
- Knowledge of MS-Office
- Master’s degree in law. Ideally this is a final study internship.
- You are fluent in English and French. Spanish or German are a plus
