**What you will be doing...**

**What will you do in the role?**
- Effective** loading** and **transportation** of our customers baggage from their** hotels** to th**e airport**:

- Manually lifting **high volumes of baggage** on every shift
- Working co-operatively and productively with our **Resort Flight Check-In** and** Ground Operations** Teams
- Undertaking **Banksman** duties for the** Resort Flight Check-In Truck** and **Driver**:

- Ensure **high standards of service** and** On Time departures **are accomplished
- Promoting our **safety-first culture **at all times

**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**
- A genuine **passion** for delivering outstanding** customer service** at all times
- Excellent **communication skills **and be fluent in** Spanish**:

- A positive and** flexible approach** and be a supportive** team player**:

- Experience of working in a** manual **and **operational environment**

Our **Resort flight Check-In Baggage Loaders** working hours are rostered in line with our customer needs. As such, you will have a flexible approach to work with scheduled hotel and airport visits including** early starts**, **late finishes** & **weekend working.**

As we employ on** local employment contracts**, you will already hold full **right to work documents **for the country where the role is based and be living **in the destination** or be willing and able to source your own accommodation and required documents.

If you accept a position, you will be required to provide a full 5 year referencing history (including gaps) and satisfactory criminal record check(s).
