**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

As part of this challenge, you **will lead and manage GNSS-related projects** from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to design and implement GNSS solutions tailored to specific performance requirements.
- Providing expert guidance on the integration of GNSS technologies into existing and future products and services.
- Overseeing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in GNSS technologies, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
- Preparing and presenting reports, proposals, and technical documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all GNSS-related activities and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of successfully leading large teams and delivering complex projects.
- Familiarity with institutional frameworks (e.g., European Space Agency, European Commission) and private sector demands related to GNSS technologies.
- Solid understanding of GNSS signals, algorithms, receivers, and multi-GNSS constellations.
- Experience with software tools for GNSS data analysis and simulation.

We will also value:

- Scaled Agile Framework knowledge and certifications.
- Experience with ODTS and PPP algorithms.
