Sales Development Representative with English

Our client is a fast-growing German start-up that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a hands-on Sales Development Representative to find new business opportunities, and book meetings with potential clients for the Account Executives to close.
If you are a driven, pragmatic, and patient person, and you don’t take “no” for an answer, we are looking for you
Tasks
- Qualifying new leads over a phone call, making sure that the BANT requirements are met
- Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides, booking demos for the Account Executives
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in their CRM (HubSpot)
- Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to ensure excellent service delivery
**Requirements**:
- Full professional level of English. Any other European language
- 1+ year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting), ideally within pharma industry but not a must
- Previous experience with the following markets is nice to have: UK, US, Benelux, Nordics
- You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile. You are goal-oriented
- You have great communication and presentation skills and really thrive in a client-facing role
- You have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and make a real impact
