Coating Lead

COATING LEAD: The main function of the position will be the definition, supplier search, commissioning, setup and startup of all the necessary equipment to coat externally our parts to get the requested dielectric strength

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- supplier search
- commissioning, setup and startup equipment to coat externally our parts to get the requested dielectric strength
- will work closely with the Technical Center to find out the best dielectric product to be used both economically and technically.
- lead the internal manufacturing engineering teams working with coating, and will make sure the team is ready for serial production in the requested ramp up phase.
- lead the process improvement that will start as soon as we have the equipment in place, with the goal of getting it controlled in the shortest possible time and obtain the expected quality rates.
- deploy the knowledge obtained in Vigo, the pilot plant, in the other locations that will have to launch the same manufacturing processes

Additionally, the functions associated with the Quality and EHS system included in annex DG.18.1.1.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCIE
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- 8 or more years of experience in Automotive Industry involved in coating process
- Coating Expertise
- High knowledge of automotive industry standards and customer requirements
- Presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- High level of English
- Experiencie in Audits
- SAP valuated positively
- Industrialization valuated positively
