**Who we are...**

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands _Pepe Jeans London_, _Hackett London_, and _Façonnable_, and is the licensed distributor for _Tommy Hilfiger_ and _Calvin Klein_ in Spain and Portugal.

The **AWWG International Internship & Graduate program** is an opportunity to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer.

**The project**

You will be parte of the Merchandising team for Pepe Jeans Non-apparel & Pepe Jeans, Hacket London and Façonnable Bodywear.

An excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced merchandisers and gain a comprehensive understanding of retail operations. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to develop the strategy of the brand.

**What will this role entail?**
- Support and learn the Merchandising activities.
- Visual Collections & Top 10 overviews.
- Benchmark data base creation.
- Create templates for the department
- Product academy assets control.
- As part of the team, you will contribute to prepare feedback.
- **Collection Strategy developement**: During this stage you will be requested to assist Product merchandising with Benchmark & data analyse.
- **Collection Strategy presentation**:On top of assit the team during the collection plan, you will help to prepare the presentations and documents for different sign offs.
- **Collection presentation**:At this stage we will work with samples in hand before launching the collection. Product academy videos, Retail prices sign off, collection structure, size. Together with the rest of department you will contribute to close the collection before the sales period.
- **Collection selling**:Working with Sales team, you will help product merchandisers to analyze and validate last minute collection needs.

**Who are we looking for?**

Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious, and positive, who want to embrace AWWG culture.

Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must

**Position requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master´s degree in Business, Economics or similar
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office tools primarily Excel.
- Experience in Excel analysis is a plus.
