**Job Description**:
Asset Control is seeking for a Machine Learning Engineer to assist with the development/management of the machine learning framework that can help us industrialize the tools the data scientists are developing to optimize the use of our assets (reduce losses, undercover patters and anticipate to issues).
She/he will be working with complex codes and machine learning algorithms created within the team and help structure them for their correct industrialization. Besides, he/she will help with the maintenance of the infrastructure needed to run these algorithms ensuring high quality performance aligned with maintaining internal service levels.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage the current coding framework.
- Help optimize and restructure the algorithms to make them as optimal as possible.
- Guide the data scientists so they structure the models they develop to maximize executing performance.
- Productize machine learning algorithms.
- Automate the execution of simulations, predictions, and calculations.
- Help maintaining and monitoring algorithms performance.
- Develop and maintain the feature store needed to industrialize and accelerate the machine learning models development.
- Help managing cloud resources so the data scientists can have the infrastructure needed to develop their work.
Previous experience:
- Previous data engineering/data science experience managing complex coding frameworks.
- Advanced hands-on experience in managing Python libraries.
- Proven track record in deploying machine learning models
- Working on remote teams.
- Proved experience with Project Management (manage priorities, standardization, automation, troubleshooting and long-term planning).
- Experience with process automation and workload reduction.
- Experience implementing data new solutions from scratch.
- Experience with software development (applied to data science).
- Proficient using Microsoft tools: Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Visio.
