TCS (Total Customer Satisfaction) Warranty team: Warranty management based on customer and dealer's satisfaction. Other departments affected by our processes: Aftersales, Finance (Treasury, Accounting, Management Control), Customer Quality, Sales.

**Job Mission**:

- To contribute Warranty Management by being:
1. Responsible of Warranty database input, analysis, and reporting.

2. Responsible of the warranty system improvement to assure the accuracy of the data coming from the Nissan Sales Companies & Dealers in coordination with IT/IS (Nissan Dealer Portal and GWS system).

3. Responsible of Vehicles Cost Per Unit calculation & reporting.

**About the challenge**:

- Calculation of Warranty Expenses Business Plan (BP).
- BP monitoring versus Actual on monthly basis and elaboration of an action plan in accordance with the department's objectives, addressing top claims for investigation.
- Monitoring, forecast and reporting of main warranty KPIs performance.
- Assure correct data input to Global Warranty System (GWS) and management of GWS chargeback.
- Dealer's Warranty Policies & Procedures Training Pilot.
- Collaborate with Dealer's Audit Planning and Execution.
- Warranty Parts Cost Evaluation Pilot.
- Conduct Labor Rate Study and Update to Dealers.
- Finance/ Business Administration/ Engineering Degree.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position is required.
- Advance English skills - e.g TOEIC > 785.
- Portuguese is preferred.
- Knowledge of Office Package, especially advanced management in Excel.
- Financial knowledge/experience is valued.
- Analytical profile, data analytics experience is required.
- Conflict resolution skills.
