About the Role

As a Staff Consultant in our dynamic and talented Services Optimization team, participating at a senior level, your key activities will include:
**Qualifications**:

- Solid experience as a Chemical Process and/or Control Engineer in the Optimization of Refinery and/or Petrochemical operations and/or planning;
- Demonstrable experience as an "Expert user" of refinery process simulation packages;
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish;
- Customer-facing experience and sound customer service skills - you will need to be willing and able to dedicate a minimum of 25 to 35 percent of your time to travel and to be present at customer sites;

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional competence in additional languages including but not limited to Arabic, German or French;
- Programming skills in Excel VBA, SQL, TCL, Python.
