**As a Business Development, your responsibilities would be**:

- Analyse market, initiate and develop relationships with new customers in industry and renewable energy domains.
- Analyze customer’s requests and needs, and prepare technical and commercial offers in cooperation with corresponding departments internally.
- Identify and promote new solutions in close collaboration with a product manager and a marketing department.
- Monitor and anticipate market development tendencies,
- Ensure growth of business activities and market share.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in electrical engineering, preferably in power conversion.
- Successful experience in B2B sales and business development in a renewables energies domain.
- Minimum five years of successful sales experience in an electrical equipment environment, preferably in power electronics.
- Capability to assess complex technical specifications against corresponding solutions.
- Knowledge of power plants, and understanding of power generation, especially in a renewable domain.
- Knowledge of power conversion equipment.
- Capability to create strong, close relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work with different cultures.
- Excellent Command of the English language (C1).
- Other language (Spanish, French, German) is a plus.
- Ability to travel as necessary (more than 30%-40%).
