Role Summary

Responsible for ensuring reliable product supply to markets in line with customer service and inventory targets. Leverage digital tools to enhance supply visibility to the markets and to simplify planning process through automation initiatives. Partner with site supply chain team and provide optimal supply solutions to demand supply changes. Responsible for system parameterization and maintain Master Data governance processes that will ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Include

Stakeholder Management- Work collaboratively with internal and cross-functional teams (rest of Supply Chain areas, Packaging, Quality, Technical Services) and external key stakeholders (above site planning team, BSL, PPL.)
- Through collaboration with key stakeholders, drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes
- Attendance and participation into Global S&OP, Local S&OP and Product Team meetings

Operational- Manage and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure reliable product supply to markets consistent with Pfizer objectives, customer service levels and inventory management targets.
- Maintain/remediate system parameters to generate optimized supply plan in SAP APO.
- Responsible for identifying / managing Continuous Improvement opportunities
- Manage and coordinate procurement on time of production materials to ensure product supply
- Coordinate and manage changes to GMP Planning processes through site change control system
- Support and resolution of process deviations in a timely manner. Performs root cause analysis and identifies appropriate, effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Responsible for supply issue escalation to site leadership, and effective communication and management of issues and recovery plans to key stakeholders
- Develop Planning area annual budget and financial forecasts, monitor and control of expenses to achieve budget and service levels.

People Management & Development
- Lead a team of 3 colleagues
- Lead, manage, develop, and coach direct reports to create a team environment that drives high colleague engagement and goals achievement
- Support Pfizer's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

Experience/Knowledge
- 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain and pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of GMP’s
- SAP/APO/Supply IQ/Tableau, BOBJ knowledge
- Experience with IMEx
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to share at all levels of the organization
- Positive attitude and people oriented

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or above) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business, Economics, Engineering, or other life Science degree
- Experience managing teams
- Business English required
