**PhD Student, PFIS Contract**

**Rheumatology Research Group**

through the the PFIS grant (Instituto Carlos III). The PhD project will be based on the FIS PI23/01372 project grant; in
this study, the objective is to characterize the relationship between the immune response and microbiome in very early
rheumatoid arthritis through a combination of high-throughput technologies including, single cell transcriptomics and
metagenomics**_. _**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

Graduate Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry Biomedical Sciences
- In disposition to being admitted to a Doctorate programme during the 2024-25 academic course

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**

Master in bionformatics will be valued
- An average degree grade score > 8 will be preferable
- Knowledge on Statistical analysis, and multi-omic data analysis (R Environment, Python)** -**

Experience in high throughput data analysis (NGS, Proteomics, Genomics)**
**Main responsibilities and duties: -**
