Sales Lead Qualifier

Busy Estate Agency seeking an experienced, part-time, flexible Sales Lead Qualifier who is hungry for success.
We are looking for A team players with drive to help us qualify the right clients. The sales lead qualifier participates in the earliest stages of the sales process, including reaching out to and qualifying potential prospects.
This is an information gathering position, no sales involved.
These are all outbound calls to existing clients.
Sales Lead Qualifier Responsibility
- Understand a wide array of prospective clients' wants and be able to tailor the conversation to their specific needs.
- Qualifiers are expected to be flexible with their hours as clients are not always available during normal working hours.
**Requirements**:
The ability to speak Dutch and French is essential
No experience is required - full training will be included.
High level of customer service with the ability to adapt to a number of different customer personalities
Basic computer and typing skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
