We are now recruiting for an finance administrator to come and join our team in Bristol.

**The Opportunity**

We currently are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator, to join our Secure Infrastructure team. This is a fantastic role for someone with excellent administration skills, service ethic and a passion and interest for working within a busy environment.Location - Bristol Magistrates Court BS1 3NU

**Salary**: DOE
Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00pm
Please note we are wanting to hold interviews for this position as soon as possible (interviews will take place within working hours).
**What this role will involve?**
The role will involve using SAP, processing aspects of invoices, entering the details on to the ledger, raising PO numbers, Processing PPM’s, logging tasks and closing tasks on Concept, liaising with internal stakeholders, clients and management thus supporting the wider Facilities Management team within Secure Infrastructure
**What are we looking for?**
Experience gained performing an administration role within a large corporate company
Customer focused, with a strong service ethic.
Involvement working with Finance packages such as SAP would be a definite advantage.
Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail.
Computer literate, confident using Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience working with PPM’s is desirable.
You will be required to complete an standard DBS Check if you are successful - Any queries please let us know.
