Atida is an On-line pharmacy and is an innovative, dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce business with a portfolio of healthcare, beauty and lifestyle products part of the Marcol and InvestIndustrial Groups, two international private equity houses. The Spanish branch operates under the name of Mifarma & Dosfarma.

We are focused on developing a pan-European online pharmacy business. This market has a high barrier to entry, operates with country specific regulation and has the potential for consolidation. The European pharmacy sector (excluding Russia) is worth an estimated €250bn. This market potential combined with the nascent state of the online pharmacy market represents a significant opportunity for Mifarma. Companies have been acquired in Germany and Spain, with more in the pipeline.

We are looking for a FP&A Junior Controller that help us drive the continued growth and achieve our plans in our on-line pharmacy business in Spain, with its head-office in Albacete. Today, the business sells over-the-counter medication, beauty, cosmetics as well as wellness and homeopathic products to end consumers. We have undergone tremendous growth, which we expect will continue and accelerate into the future as we also expand internationally.

Following the strategic objectives set by the CEO and the CFO, the key functions of the
FP&A Junior Controller will be:

- Coordination & communication between Procurement, Vendors/Wholesalers &
KAM teams, as well as act as the point of contact to Finance & Marketing
departments to ensure optimization of promotion investments and avoiding
profit leakage from promotions, visibility and vendors redemptions/rappels.
- Monitor marketing investments reporting/addressing deviations from budgets,
ensuring accrued marketing costs and delivering reliable profit investment
ratios.
- Follow-up of payables/receivables accounts arising from the commercial/co
- investment/boosting activity, assuring cash collections/ compensation/
redemptions to deliver forecasted CF of the commercial department.
- Key driver for the efficiency and the efficacy of the commercial/procurement
department to deliver business objectives and build on reliable sources to
contribute to take the best decisions within the business.
- Analyzing, developing, reporting and providing support for the
commercial/procurement department in all relevant information and deliveries,
to develop the annual Business Plan, to lead periodical performance meetings
and to report KPI´s, volume forecasts, and control of DIO.
- University Degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
- At least 2-3 years within Commercial & Marketing areas preferably in FMCG or
Pharma companies with broad experience on Commercial Finance.
- Leader with strong business understanding and commercial mindset.
- Able to communicate at all levels of the organization, good team-player, with
sound cross functional, negotiation and organizational skills, being able to
influence.
- Resilient and structured approach, being able to pursue objectives and to follow
up cross-departmental interests.
- Integrity, loyalty and commitment to compliance.
- Be an expert in excel and PowerPoint. Very desirable Power BI skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
