**The Role**:
By supporting the Content Manager teams, you will contribute to providing key strategies to improve the user experience and our brands’ digital assets conversion. We want to transform how we relate with our customers, using technology to improve our performance and relevance. You will play a key role to improve our user experience in our digital channels.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the UX and CRO Strategy by proposing an end-to-end process in our websites.
- Work hand in hand with our Consumer Experience Analyst to make sure the proposals start from an analytic base.
- Identify trends and user behavior patterns in our customer journey that allow you to propose improvements in the usability of the site.
- Implement innovations based on the hypothesis and focused on qualitative and quantitative analysis to get continuous improvement.
- Create and propose UX improvements of our digital assets, always focused on our business KPIs, for being responsible of interpreting results and fixing the parameters to measure success.
- Plan and help execute AB tests to optimize our actions and improve our results.
- Propose a personalization plan for each brand.
- Generate monthly reports for UX improvements and CRO plans together with the achieved results.
- The scope will include proposals for the public and private (through login) areas of our websites.
- We expect you to define the best ways of working to organize and measure our actions.
- You’ll work hand in hand with our webmaster and tech teams to make your action plans real.
- Any proposed improvement will need to be executed with available tools by the webmaster.
- We’re a small team, therefore, we should prioritize the scalable plans for the brands.
- You will work for our core markets: ES, FR, IT, and UK.

**Who you are**:

- 4+ years as CRO Specialist.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Google Analytics knowledge is required.
- Google Looker knowledge is a plus.
- Growth hacking knowledge is a plus.
- Salesforce (Commerce Cloud) knowledge is a plus.
- Oracle CMS (OCM) knowledge is a plus.
- UI knowledge is a plus.
- Confident in intermediating with tech teams and business teams at the same time.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Great attention to detail and high analytical skills.
- Not scared of learning new things and new tools.
- Proactive and problem solver, we learn as we move on.
