The Young Talent Program of Thales Alenia Space in Spain is oriented towards the development of its participants offering them a **full-time first job experience of 1 year**, in which a 70% will be “on-the-job” experiences, 20% through feedback and relationships and the remaining 10% from formal training.

**_What are we looking for?_**

We are looking for young graduated talents who wants to make the difference for Thales Alenia Space in Spain in our dynamic Procurement Team

Procurement is a great department to get a global view of the company and develop useful skills, which you can use in many other functions beside Procurement.

Along the period of the training project, we propose you to contribute to each of the areas of Procurement, in order to explore the different procurement tasks and functions. This means you would support several team members and, based on strengths and interests, you could be responsible for small projects.

Some of our areas of expertise are General Procurement (utilities, building services, measurement equipment, transport...) / Radio Frequency, Optical, Electrical, Mechanical and Thermal units and systems / EEE and Mechanical parts and Industrial Subcontracting / Intellectual Services and Software / Supplier Development and monitoring, Follow-up of supplier execution for products and services and Procurement processes and tools.

**_ What do you need to apply?_**
- Graduated in: Industrial Engineering or similar Bachelor degree.
- Master degree and extra-curricular achievements that reflect your proactive mentality and your ability to manage complex projects and balance priorities will be considered as an asset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages will be well considered.
- Availability to start in September 2023.
- We would like to see a trajectory that demonstrates you have the will to pursue your passions and accomplish your projects, as well as the capacity to dream big ideas and make them happen.
- International or diverse cultural experiences will be valued. Experiences such as internships and volunteering abroad, exchange programs (Erasmus ), and additional learning programs.
