**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Provide the best experience and complete satisfaction to our clients in general, anticipating their needs and responding effectively and appropriately to their concerns or requests.
- Maintain the vintages, prices, and condition of the wine list up to date, keep an up-to-date inventory of glassware, and make the necessary replacements to meet the restaurant's needs.
- Report any breakages, anomalies, or required needs to your direct supervisor.

**What You Bring**:

- Carry out the tasks assigned at your workplace following the instructions of your shift supervisors, such as: preparation of mise en place for the assigned service, review of wine lists, checking par stocks of beverages at your workplace, and setting up service areas.
- Maintain the preparation line, cost breakdowns, decoration, and style so that both in their creation and presentation they meet the standards established by the management team.
- Have complete or, if not, maximum knowledge of all the products sold in the department.
- Full involvement and participation in table service and customer care.
