**Job Description**:
Based in Albacete, Spain, but working for Atida's central finance team, we are looking for a pragmatic Sr. Employee Accounts Payable, who thrives in an international, dynamic environment.

You report to the Central Sr. Financial Accountant in Amsterdam, working closely together with your direct colleagues in Accounting in Spain and Amsterdam.

Together with your direct colleague you will be managing the complete handling of purchase

invoices, from receipt and initial checks until matching with purchase orders and approvals and final posting and payment, for the Dutch & Luxembourg companies (> 30 entities in total). This also includes the accounts payable subledger reconciliation and the management of supplier master data in the system. You will also be involved in the posting and reconciling of all bank movements for these entities, and you will be responsible for the fixed asset registers and the correct posting of depreciation and amortization. You ensure that transactions are reflected accurately as part of the month-end close process and are reflected on the proper legal entity.

Additional tasks may occur on an ad-hoc basis.

We are looking a pragmatic, energetic Sr. Employee Accounts Payable who can handle the

combination of recurring tasks with a high level of accuracy. You understand accounting and are able to perform various general ledger reconciliations. A person that takes responsibility for his/her work and focusses on getting things done “first time right”.
- Mid-level accounting education
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of MS/Excel
- Experience in working with accounting systems (Business Central/Dynamics 365 preferred) is considered an advantage
- High ownership of work product and commitment to driving results
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
