Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Process and Technology Rollouts: Lead the deployment of new processes and technologies across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration and mínimal disruption to existing operations.

3. End-to-End Coordination: Oversee and coordinate changes in systems and processes from conception to implementation, addressing any challenges or obstacles that may arise along the way.

4. Software Development Support: Work closely with the software development team to organize sprints, prioritize changes, and facilitate global requirement alignment discussions. Establish and share best practices to enhance team efficiency.

5. Cross-Team Initiatives: Drive or support initiatives related to automation, RPA, BI, and analytics. Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities, plan and execute automation projects, and improve data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in IT solutions architecture, project management, and software development methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of technology platforms, including MS Dynamics CRM, CPQ systems, and ERPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) and architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
- Previous experience in working with automation, RPA, BI, or analytics initiatives is desirable.
