**Actividades y responsabilidades**:
A través de la coordinación, coaching y desarrollo de su Equipo, el Store Manager es responsable de gestionar la tienda cumpliendo y alcanzando el presupuesto asignado y los KPIs requeridos por la compañía. Realiza las siguientes actividades
- Transmitir los valores y la estrategia de la empresa de forma clara, rápida y eficaz, asegurando la alineación continua del equipo con los estándares de la empresa;
- Apoyar al responsable de zona en el análisis de los resultados del punto de venta mediante el seguimiento de todos los KPI de ventas;
- Definir objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos y estructurar planes de acción específicos para alcanzar los presupuestos asignados;
- Garantizar un alto nível de Experiência del Cliente a través de planes de coaching y formación constante del equipo;
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência en el puesto de al menos 2 años y en empresas del sector minorista;
- Experiência en gestión de ventas de aproximadamente 3 años;
- Conocimiento de los principales KPI del sector;
- Conocimiento de la lengua inglesa.
**Habilidades y competencias**:
- Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión;
- Capacidad de organización y planificación empresarial;
- Aptitud comercial y orientación a resultados;
- Excelentes conocimientos de Visual Merchandising y sensibilidad hacia los producto.
