We are looking for a really talented, passionate and driven **Leader** to drive the business forward and offer full support to the **COO/CEO.**

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**

As **Woonivers Leader **you will be responsible for leading the Woonivers’ Team, Coordinating, Planning and Administering all the Operative areas as Business development and operations, as well as leading the Strategic plan implementation, verifying that the company's operations are produced in an effective manner and completed with the established standards and specifications. You will become part of the global Woonivers team and your direct report will be the COO.
- Providing operational leadership towards growing the Woonivers business.
- Translate strategic vision and entrepreneurial energy into operational reality.
- Design and execute analyses of network performance (to both retailers and consumers), and organisational management.
- Manage the customer support function that strives to provide exceptionally responsive and personalised support experiences. Your leadership helps make frustrated customers feel understood and valued.
- Manage the customer services team who ensure that the supply of retailers always exceeds shoppers demand.
- Support Commercial department updating with your team the CRM System and administrative task.
- Lead continuous improvement and other initiatives to aggressively evolve and innovate business processes.
- Collaborate with managers and members of Woonivers in terms of engagement and support.
- Synthesise and prioritize feedback and ideas to improve the Woonivers product.
- Represent operational needs and opportunities in managing the business to KPIs, budgeting, and financial management.
- Facilitate sharing of operational best practices across Woonivers markets.

**Our requirements**
- Completion of a relevant university degree and to have a minimum of 2 years practical work experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Strong professional experience within an operations / customer centric environment, including leading a team.
- Experience of growth and commercial activities, ground retailing / Software would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent structured problem solving and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to generate operational insights.
- Ability to design and implement programs to improve Woonivers business and its approach to customers.
- Extremely digitally/technology/new media/social media savvy with a working knowledge of web and mobile technologies.
- Excellent soft skills: high EQ, collaboration and team leadership ability.
- Self motivated in the environment of a young start-up company
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Native/fluent in Spanish and a good level of English (French desirable)

**Remuneration**
Competitive salary. Madrid based.
