A new position as **EF Production Control Officer **has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid).

The EF HALCON FAL Production Control Officer will be responsible for delivering on time, cost & quality the equipments for the production activities to the RHW & Final Assembly Line of the EF2000 programme as well as the management of all activities with regards to EF2000 equipments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The main activities will be:
**Management of new deliveries:
- Follow-up with Procurement of planned deliveries vs Last Ditch Dates at Production according to Planning
- Close follow-up and Reports of events (Incoming discrepancies, Alerts, Delays, Impacts in plant, etc. )
- Update of IT tools

**Management of Equipment in the shopfloor/Support to Production**
- Dispatch of Equipment to shopfloor according to Planning. Coordination with Logistics Service Provider.
- CRIPTO Equipment: Coordination with security department staff
- Management of Equipment with software loading
- Management of Equipment changes out of Planning
- Management of Spares for functional tests.

**Management of Equipment Repairs&Upgrade and Alerts/Recalls/Directives**
- Management of Repairs ( Wing + FAL )&Upgrades / Preparation of Repair in system for delivery
- Checking of delivery for special sensitive equipment and equipment with specific normative
- Management in EF system Equipment repairs/mods (Wing + FAL )
- Coordination with external EDR/EPC
- Close Follow-up of internal/external logistics incidents of Equipment delivery ( Wing + FAL )
- Internal support in the process with Quality, Production and Logistics.
- Management of repair authorization and liabilities in equipment repair ( Wing + FAL )

**Loan Management of Equipment**
- Management of stocks and authorization ( Wing + FAL ).Prepare the delivery
- Checking of delivery for special sensitive equipment and equipment with specific normative
- Management and control of status of equipment loans and replacements
- Coordination in the preparation of the deliveries
- Follow-up of all equipment loaned and spares and control of impacts in shopfloor

**Other activities**
- For all activities referred before ( Hand-Overs, Devolutions ,Loans, Repairs, Recalls, etc. ) systems must be used - PANAVIA ( EMS/PDT/SMIS ) and corporative internal systems ( SAP, SIGE, CMS ,etc.).
- Attend Eurofighter / EPCs telecons/meetings
- Support with rest of FALs in liabilities of equipment repaired.
- End of line Equipment Management ( FAL and R.H.Wing ).
- Equipment blockages at reception area. Follow-up and boost actions.
- Participation in Role Equipment preparation and deliveries
- Support in special activities and associated logistics ( i.e. “Cañón” ).
- Dummies management with EPCs.

All these activities are in line with the Airbus Leadership Model and will contribute to increase Airbus profitability

**SKILLS**
- At least 5 years of experience in Planning and Production Control activities and in the EF programme
- Ability to work in high demanding and international enviroments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics and Quality processes.
- Advanced level of English, fluent written and spoken
- Familiar with SAP; EMS; MS Office Tools
- Availability to travel
- Export control knowledge
