**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Video Agent - Fraud Detection Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the identity verification process as part of their onboarding journey. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and retain information accurately. You will conduct video calls with customers, strictly following established procedures and utilizing a predefined script.

Your tasks will include:

- **Customer Management**: Engaging in video calls with customers, strictly adhering to

established processes.
- **Identity Verification**: Ensuring meticulous and accurate verification of customer identities.
- **Data Verification**:Validating and confirming the accuracy of relevant customer data.
- **Electronic Notifications**: Efficiently managing electronic notifications following communication protocols.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handling administrative duties, which include tasks demanding a moderate level of proficiency in Excel.

**REQUIREMENTS**

The FPE is the main representative of TrustCloud VideoID, shaping the company's image. They must embody:

- **Communication Skills**: Ensuring seamless interactions with customers and team members.
- **Empathy**:Demonstrating understanding, especially during sensitive customer situations.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficiently managing tasks to uphold professional standards.
- **Ability to Learn**: Proactively acquiring new knowledge and skills in evolving technologies.
- **Team Integration**: Seamlessly joining work teams and fostering collaboration.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**: Adapting readily to diverse situations and maintaining flexibility.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
**Educational Background**:

- Higher education (Baccalaureate, Higher Vocational Training, or University Degree).

**Technical Skills**:

- Demonstrable proficiency in Word and Excel (competency will be assessed through testing).

**Language Proficiency**:

- Given TrustCloud's global reach, the primary language in the video center is English (minimum B2 level).
- Polish C1/Native level
- For the service provided, the FPE must have a native-level proficiency in the relevant service language.
- Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in other languages is desirable

**Education and Languages**:
To facilitate a seamless adaptation to the role, it is desirable for the FPE to have prior

experience in some of the following areas:

- Identity Verification
- Financial Services
- Data Management
- Electronic Notifications
- Administrative Tasks
- Teleworking

Possessing expertise in these areas will enhance the FPE's ability to transition smoothly

into the position, equipping them to proficiently manage the diverse responsibilities and

challenges inherent to the role.

All employees will be homeworking 100% remote in Spain and they will be requiring a good Internet conexion (minimum 100 Mbps) as well as a private space where to performe their daily tasks. The job implies to work on 8 hours shifts, from Monday to Sundays, with different shifts available.
