**Entre otras cosas, esto es lo que harás**:

- Navegarás en la incertidumbre y convertirás las necesidades del cliente y negocio en soluciones innovadoras.
- Generarás y compartirás conocimiento, e inspirarás al equipo a través herramientas y metodologías de diseño.
- Tendrás interlocución con cliente y te moverás como pez en el agua en contextos complejos.
- Tendrás autonomía en la gestión y desarrollo de los proyectos.
- Trabajarás con empatía para entender las necesidades del cliente y sus circunstancias.
- Te comunicarás de forma que sepas explicar conceptos abstractos y complejos de manera simple y consumible.

**Para llevar a cabo estas tareas necesitarás**:

- Experiência en la gestión de proyectos complejos coordinando el trabajo de otros especialistas.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de diseño (service design, design thinking, system thinking, design futures ) y experiência trabajando con ellas.
- Sentido de la autocrítica y del feedback constructivo, para mejorar los procesos y la experiência dentro de The Cocktail.

**¿Cómo es la experiência en The Cocktail?**:

- **Flexibilidad y confianza**. Nuestro modelo de trabajo está basado en la autorresponsabilidad y la autonomía con un modelo flexible para ayudarte a conciliar dejando a tu elección si prefieres incorporarte full-remote, híbrido o full-office. En todo caso, incluimos ayudas económicas y materiales para cubrir las necesidades del trabajo en remoto. Entre otras cosas, te dejamos elegir el sistema operativo.
