Desde Grupo Digital, buscamos incorporar

**Technical Account Manager ( TAM )**

El TAM deberá de estar orientado a la gestión técnica de cuentas, proporcionando un servicio excepcional a los clientes que utilizan las soluciones de
- tecnología IBM zOS Mainframe
- productos como
- IBM Spectrum Suite,
- IBM Cloud Paks (Application, Data, Security)
- IBM Guardium
- IBM Data Replication.

Funciones a realizar:

- Gestión de Cuentas Técnicas: Coordinar y liderar la relación técnica con los clientes asignados, asegurando una comprensión profunda de sus necesidades y desafíos.
- Implementación y Optimización: Dirigir y participar en la implementación efectiva de las soluciones IBM Spectrum Suite, IBM Cloud Paks, IBM Data Replication y tecnología IBM zOSh.
- Asesoramiento Técnico: Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico a los clientes, asegurando que comprendan y aprovechen al máximo las capacidades de los productos IBM.
- Resolución de Problemas: Abordar proactivamente problemas técnicos, colaborando con los equipos de soporte IBM para garantizar soluciones rápidas y efectivas.
- Capacitación del Cliente: Ofrecer formación técnica a los clientes para garantizar la adopción adecuada de las soluciones, facilitando la autonomía del cliente en la gestión diaria.

Al **menos 3 años de experiência como TAM ( Technical Account Manager **)

Deberá disponer de **habilidades técnicas avanzadas** con un enfoque centrado en el cliente, asegurando el éxito y la satisfacción del cliente en la implementación y gestión de soluciones tecnológicas complejas.

con experiência y conocimientos tecnicos en soluciones
- tecnología IBM zOS Mainframe
- productos como
- IBM Spectrum Suite,
- IBM Cloud Paks (Application, Data, Security)
- IBM Guardium
- IBM Data Replication.

**Gestión de diferentes equipo**s: Tener una relación sólida y colaborativa con el equipo del cliente y actúa como el enlace principal entre los equipos del cliente y los equipos técnicos de los laboratorios de producto, vendedores, para coordinar y gestionar la resolución de incidentes y la entrega de soluciones.

**Gestión con el cliente**: Disponer de habilidades de comunicación al interactuar con el cliente, comprendiendo sus preocupaciones y prioridades.

Idiomas: i**nglés y español.**
