We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3D Modeling Supervising Artist to join our team. As a 3D Modeling Supervising Artist, He/Her will be responsible for supervising the work of other artists, ensuring the highest quality output for our clients. He/Her will be proficient in both character modeling and environment/props modeling.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise the work of other artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality output.
Collaborate with other departments, such as animation and lighting, to ensure the 3D models are integrated seamlessly into the final product.
Create and maintain a 3D modeling pipeline, including best practices, guidelines, and standards for the team to follow.
Develop and maintain 3D modeling assets, including characters, environments, and props.
Use industry-standard software, such as Maya, and ZBrush, to create and refine 3D models.
Manage project timelines and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

**Requirements**:
3 to 5+ years of experience in 3D modeling, including character modeling and environment/props modeling.
Proficient in industry-standard software, such as Maya, and ZBrush.
Experience managing a team of artists and providing feedback and guidance.
Strong understanding of 3D modeling pipelines and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to others.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently on individual projects.
