Global Logistics Network Support

A vacancy for Global Logistics Network Support has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Sevilla.

The successful applicant will join Services Area.

**Tasks & accountabilities**
- The jobholder will be responsible for support the coordination and management of the Satellite Warehouses (WHs) contracts within ADS Customer Services Logistics Operations.
- The jobholder will provide best practices to support local teams Operations to Ensure the On Time, On Quality, On Cost preparation for spares and repairs availability of all military transport platforms.
- He/She will contribute to the evolution and development of the ADS Customer Services WH operating model, taking Customer Services main hub (in ZAL, Seville) as a reference in warehouse activities.
- The jobholder will support the HO Customer Services Logistics Operations to define, develop and implement the ADS Customer Services Global Logistics Network.
- The jobholder will support the coordination of the logistics processes standardization in the different satellite WHs, monitoring the logistics activities done (internally or externally), giving support to the local teams and participating in the decision of the logistics model implemented in each one.
- The jobholder will acts as one focal point of the ADS Customer Services Logistics Operations for some Satellite Warehouses Operations activities, attending all the internal stakeholders, providing information, channeling complaints and requests to the entity or staff accountable, and supporting special requests of stakeholders when required.
- The jobholder will work in close collaboration with the Material Support Centre (MSC), considering this entity as the responsible of relationship with end customers, and supporting the MSC response to direct customers inquiries (when required by the MSC).
- The jobholder will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the quality of the service provided by the third party logistic operator (in advance LLP) of Customer Services Logistics Operations within the frame of the global contract, by following KPIs accomplishment and assuring the implementation of improvements to correct deviations and increase the efficiency. He/She will support logistics audits to the LLP.
- The jobholder will be responsible for performing logistics assessment and will report its results to his/her superior level to control the LLP performance and quality.
- The jobholder will support the offers, projects and set-up proposals preparation for new services to be provided to ADS Customers; as well as SoWs and specification to face the requested dedicated services in the WHs under his/her scope.
- To summarize, the jobholder will contribute to achieve the maximum quality and efficiency in the work performed by the LLP, following ADS procedures and proposing upgrades when necessary, acting as an advanced expert in the processes, providing support when required and being a second level actor for incidences resolution.

**Required skills**
- Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Around 5 years of experience in logistics
- Knowledge of warehouse management
- International working experience
- Good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination capabilities
- Negotiation level of English and Spanish is required, German and French desired.
