We are currently looking for a **Senior Engineer **for our headquarters in **Madrid.**

**Mission**

PROJETS OVERSIGHT team has a transversal function, supporting BD and Asset Management, acting also as a facilitator of these teams with Construction.

SENIOR ENGINEER is an expert in renewables sector (wind and/or pv) responsible for:

- Support BD, from a technical point of view since an opportunity is identified.
- Support BD in the meetings with technical advisors (internal and/or external).
- Foresee the construction of the renewable projects, providing Independent and Owner’s Engineering services.
- Supporting the fleet manager in the analysis of possible inefficiencies and proposals for improvement.

**Functions**
- Supporting BD, from a technical point of view since the moment opportunities are identified.
- Collaborate in TDD focused on design, main equipment, and project contracts review.
- Owner’s engineering services focused on design review and construction supervision, supporting technical advisors (internal and/or external).
- Project construction monitoring and on-site inspection, attending and/or organizing regular meetings to ensure projects are delivered on-time, meeting quality requirements and within budget.
- Carrying out internal audits.
- Ensuring ENGIE policies are implemented and applied in all renewable assets.
- Supporting the fleet manager, analyzing processes and works in order to detect possible inefficiencies and to address proposals for improvement.
- Reporting (on a periodic basis): Collect data, prepare reports, and follow up, both at country and corporate level.
- Communicate effectively within the company and with external parties.

**Minimum requirements**

Degree in Engineering field

Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy projects (engineering, construction, commissioning and operation).

Valuable experience in TDDs (site assessment, design, definition of main equipment and contract review).

Experience working abroad and with multinational teams is a plus.

Experience in leading teams is a plus.

Wind and photovoltaic projects (hydro projects are valued).

Specific wind and photovoltaic industry regulations and standards.

Lines and substations commissioning.

Electrical installations (LV, MV and HV).

Design and execution of foundations and civil works.

Operation and maintenance of renewable energy facilities.
