**What you will be doing...**
- At
- **Jet2holidays** we are all
- **Customer Helpers** responsible for creating memories and ensuring our customers receive a VIP service.

- **Passenger Service agents (PSA)** to join our
- **Overseas Ground Operations Team** in
- **Tenerife.**

Supporting our customers throughout the journey at the airport and ensuring the delivery of an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values is key to the success of this role.
- As a
- **Customer Helper (PSA)**, you will be responsible for welcoming our customers as they arrive at the airport for their return journey home. You will provide a
- **warm and friendly** check in service issuing boarding passes and following safety and security procedures. You will also assist at the boarding gates working with our**What we’re looking for?**

A friendly and bubbly personality, you will have a
- **genuine passion** for delivering an
- **outstanding customer service experience** and be driven to go above and beyond for our customers. Successful
- **Customer Helper PSA’s** have a
- **positive** and
- **flexible approach** and have a
- **“Happy to Help”** attitude at all times. You’ll have
- ** excellent communication skills **and be
- ** fluent in English and Spanish**.
- **On any given day**, you’ll be supportive and
- **always looking to help our customers and your team**. You must be
- **flexible to work with rotational shifts** and ideally have
