**Deine Aufgabenbereiche**:

- Erstellen der täglichen Gäste-Gazette (Tagesprogramm und Informationszeitung)
- Teilnahme an diversen Meetings
- Mitorganisation, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von (teilweise abteilungsübergreifenden) Events
- Einteilung der Mitarbeiter in Absprache mit dem Abteilungsleiter
- Einteilung und Überwachung diverser Mitarbeiter Belange z. B. Einteilung der Personalzimmer, Organisation der Behördengänge etc.
- Diverse administrative Aufgaben inkl. Reporting an die Firmenzentrale
- Diverse administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben innerhalb des Clubs
- Organisation und Ansprechpartner für Gastkünstler (z.B. Livebands, DJs und teilweise Sportexperten) vor, während und nach dem Clubeinsatz
- Abteilungsbetreffende Pflege von Reparaturaufträgen im System Hotel-Kit
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Aktive Mitwirkung im Show
- und Unterhaltungsprogramm
- Sympatische, persönliche Ansprache unserer Gäste
- Allgemeine Gastgeberfunktion im täglichen Clubgeschehen

**Unser Anforderungsprofil**:

- Mit deinem Organisationstalent und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise verlierst du das große Ganze nicht aus den Augen. Dabei bist du stets worgewandt und kreativ.
- In stressigen Situationen behältst du den Überblick: für dich gibt es keine Probleme, sondern nur Herausforderungen.
- Außerdem setzen wir sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie einen vertrauten Umgang mit MS Office voraus. Spanischsprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du hast keine Einträge im Führungszeugnis und einen gültigen EU-Reisepass.
