**ABOUT THE DATA OPERATIONS TEAM**

We are a diverse and multinational team of hard workers that values collaboration, takes a "hands on" approach, we're problem solvers and we like having fun while we're at it.

The Data Ops team maintains and updates the company's data assets so we have the best possible and most up to date data on our products, across all channels: print, online and social.

Our mission is to manage and update our data assets: in collaboration with the Product team we work on the roadmap to support the company data strategy and answer our customers coverage needs.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a _DataOps Intern - Online_ you will handle the maintenance of our Online coverage database, including new media addition, media maintenance, crawler set up, error troubleshooting, QA and maintenance to make sure that we have the best possible coverage for our customers. You will also work on providing support for customer raised requests.

You will collaborate with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as Labs, Product, Sales and CS; providing feedback, supporting requests, etc.

**Missions**:

- Work on our coverage roadmap by adding and setting up new media to our database..
- Work on troubleshooting and fixing errors on our coverage.
- Collaborate in coverage related projects.
- Contribute to maintaining a high quality standard by regularly checking and updating existing media profiles..
- Collaborate with your manager and Product and Sales teams in order to build a Roadmap.
- Work with the CS and Sales teams in order to support their activities with coverage related needs, tickets, troubleshooting, etc.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Your Profile**
- Studying degree in IT, ASIX, DAM, DAW, Data Entry, Documentalism or similar.
- Knowledge of regular expressions, html, data entry, data management, and data organization methodologies.
- Advanced English.
- Analytical ability.
- Autonomy.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Ability to switch from one task to another.

**You’ll be our rockstar if**
- You have worked on similar projects about data filtering, querying, data management or similar tasks in the past.
- We’ll greatly value knowledge of other languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Russian, Turkish, among others
