**Logistic Internal Flow Engineer**

**ROLE AND DEPARTMENT**

We're looking for a
**Logistic Internal Flow Engineer** to join our Logistics team.

**THE ROLE**

Your main tasks will be:

- Analyze and solve problems using Root Cause Problem Solving methodology, finding, and defining work procedures for all the logistics flows: inbound, outbound, internal flows (manual and automatic -AGVs
- )
- Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel.
- Identify key processes and quick win actions to implement
- Ensure Quality's KPIs.
- Follow up the principal indicators of the area and analyze the cause.
- Identify and make improvement proposals that attack and eliminate the basic causes of deviations, cost, quality, and service.
- Identify external and internal resources needed to solve anomalies.
- Be an active part of the process improvements of the module with the objective of getting the better performance of the machines, processes, and human resources.
- Identify the training needing of the personnel of the area and lead the training execution.
- Perform permanent visual management of the area.
- Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in operations.
- Participate in the launch of the new projects.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- _Engineering degree,_
- _Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive),_
- _English, high-level written and spoken (mandatory),_
- _Advanced user of office tools,_
- _Results-oriented attitude,_
- _Analytical thinking,_
- _Good communication skills._
- _SAP basic knowledge (nice to have)_
