We're looking for a Digital Trading Executive with** German**. Working with the digital lead to ensure commercial targets are met, for sales, GPV and EBIT. Creating a trading plan and building relationships with digital channel teams and buying & merchandising functions.
- Location - Alicante

- Working hours - 39 hours.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a job title, you'll be doing the following:
Planning
- Clear trading plan by respective market is co-ordinated and executed

for the financial year.
- Working closely with the merchandising, content and marketing

teams to ensure that the marketing calendar is aligned with key trading periods.
- Working with the retail and marketing teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned.

Trading
- Managing onsite content and digital marketing imagery.
- Creating briefs and working with merchandisers, production teams and design teams to manage workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Help determine the appropriate enhancements and upgrades that are required to the International digital marketing infrastructure to deliver the current and future needs of the international business. Keeping to deadlines.
- Completing all product copy with 100% accuracy and in a manner which helps maximise sales and SEO.
- Run and improve the social media strategy for the fascia across multiple social channels.
- Continually monitor relevant competitors and inspiration sources to report to the wider team.
- Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency is executed across the full estate including desktop, mobile, app, kiosk, iPad and any additional digital builds. Making sure all of these channels are fully up to date with the latest campaign and marketing imagery.
- Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase.
- Reporting on performance for local market net sales, GP%, conversion and sessions.

Team work
- Working with the performance teams and constantly analysing key website metrics including visitor numbers, get to product, add to basket, checkout completion and conversion rates. This includes all elements of the experience: search, navigation, photography, copy, mobile, and kiosks.
- Working with digital Lead to implement best in class digital customer acquisition techniques for the market, to ensure that high volumes of new customers are acquired profitably by the business through all appropriate digital marketing channels.
- Deputising for other markets on short term basis.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Conscientious, organized and thorough with a drive to constantly improve ways of working.
- Previous experience working in the retail industry or other fast-paced environments would be advantageous.
- The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
- Bilingual or Native German. C1 of English.
