**YOUR MISSION**

As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will support the continuous national and international expansion of IKONO by helping bring to the company the best talent at the right time. With the supervision of the HR Team, you will Business-Partner with our international team of hiring managers in 8 different countries in Europe to ensure the execution of the IKONO talent plan and you will learn a lot on the way

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes globally, in Spain and in Europe, including the drafting of job descriptions, the publication of job offers, the selection of CVs and the scheduling of interviews.
- Assist in conducting interviews and reference checks.
- Help coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration at IKONO.
- Talent pooling: support the team on developing an excellent bench of diverse and international talent that matches with IKONO´s continuous growth.
- Support the IKONO Talent Acquisition team on projects and processes to constantly improve what we do, including regular reporting of TA process.
- Update our successes to ensure we achieve recruitment KPIs and continuous improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Currently enrolled in Human Resources or Psychology studies.
- Other European languages such as German, Italian or Czech are appreciated.
- Practical experience in talent acquisition or HR in general is highly appreciated.
- Ability to sign an educational agreement with you university/educational institution.

**Internship details**:

- 6-month internship, 20-30 hours per week, at IKONO Madrid (HQ)
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-15:00 (flexible)
- Paid internship
