Cabin Steward

We are currently seeking a dedicated and multilingual individual to join our team as a Cabin Steward on our cruise ship. As a Cabin Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest cabins. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in either Greek or Spanish is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Cabin Maintenance**:

- Clean and maintain guest cabins to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are replenished regularly.
- Report any maintenance issues or required repairs promptly.
- **Guest Service**:

- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests staying in cabins.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and control the inventory of cabin supplies and amenities.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department to restock as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of cabin cleaning and service activities.
- **Multilingual Communication**:

- Fluent in English; proficiency in either Greek or Spanish is required.
- Assist and communicate with guests in their preferred language.
- Collaborate with multilingual crew members to enhance guest experiences.
- **Collaboration with Housekeeping Team**:

- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient cabin turnover.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and cohesive team environment.
- **Guest Relations**:

- Handle guest concerns and inquiries related to cabin services.
- Proactively address any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.

**Salary**: 800.00€ - 900.00€ per month
