**HSE Engineer**:

We have a great opportunity for a HSE Engineer to join our team at Kongsberg Automotive where you can have a close collaboration with colleagues from all over Europe. If you have experience in the automotive sector, and you like to work closely with people from all over the world, this may be the position for you.

**Responsibilities**:

Manage and coordinate the security plan.
- Propose, coordinate and manage, along with QHSE Manager, the necessary investments to improve the safety of the plant.
- Advise and ensure the implementation of safety and environmental standards, as well as the implementation of applicable environmental and PRL legislation at all times.
- Carrying out internal audits according to the references ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.
- Analysis of accidents at work and preparation of 8D.
- Maintain contact/coordination with external prevention service.

**Requirements**:
If you have strong organisation and time management skills and feel that you have a systematic and positive approach to dealing with issues this may be the right position for you.

To be successful in the role you must have:
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma.

Training in Basic Environmental Legislation.

From 2 to 5 years of previous experience in HSE departments.

High level of English, spoken and written.

Power Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Desirable ERP's experience (SAP, Navision, etc).

Training in standards ISO 14.001:2015, OSHAS 18.001/ISO 45001:2018
