En Sener deseamos incorporar en nuestro equipo a una persona para ocupar el puesto de Procurement Engineer en nuestro centro de trabajo de Tres Cantos.

Somos una compañía de ingeniería pionera en el diseño de tecnología satelital y equipos para la exploración espacial. En Defensa abordamos el diseño y producción de equipos y sistemas, incluidos los no tripulados. Nuestra pasión por la precisión nos ha llevado a situarnos como colaboradores de confianza de las principales agencias espaciales, organismos gubernamentales y empresas.

Esta persona será la responsable de la compra de todos los materiales y productos necesarios para la ejecución de los proyectos a los que sea asignado como Procurement Engineer (PE), en especial los componentes Electrónicos, Eléctricos y Electromecánicos (EEE) High Reliability.

**Qué harás**:
En estrecha colaboración con los Project Managers correspondientes, asegurarás la disponibilidad del material a tiempo, cumpliendo con los requisitos de los proyectos, en las mejores condiciones económicas y de garantías para la empresa.

Tendrás que interactuar con proveedores externos, en colaboración con el resto del equipo de compradores.

También trabajarás con otras áreas de la organización, principalmente Ingeniería, Producción y PMP (Parts, Materials & Processes) para la definición de los componentes electrónicos y otros productos a comprar.

De manera más concreta, las funciones serán:

- Gestión de las listas de materiales de los proyectos. Reportar el estado de dichas listas a los Project Managers correspondientes.
- Identificación y desarrollo de mejoras en los costes de los productos en coordinación con el Project Manager y el equipo de Ingeniería.
- Identificación y gestión de suministros críticos.
- Ejecutar el proceso de compra incluyendo la RFQ (Petición de cotización), Negociación, Análisis de alternativas y Propuesta final de asignación. Asegurar OTOQOBD (“On-Time, On-Quality, On-Budget Delivery”).
- Negociación con proveedores de los costes, níveles de calidad, condiciones y plazos establecidos para la mejora continua de estos.
- Benchmarking: En coordinación con Ingeniería, identificar oportunidades para estandarización y optimización de los componentes. Coordinación con los demás Procurement Engineers para asegurar que se siguen negociaciones equilibradas con los proveedores, en línea con las estrategias de compras para la optimización de costes de los proyectos.

**Qué esperamos de ti**:

- Formación en Ingeniería Superior.
- Nível alto de inglés
- Experiência demostrable de 5 años mínimo, en el puesto de comprador Senior, siendo interesante aportar conocimiento en compras de Electrónica, preferiblemente en el sector Aeroespacial.
- Experiência deseable en Procesos de Producción y Calidad, así como en Gestión de proyectos y presupuestos.
