**SEEKING**: Business Analyst

**Profile**

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, gathering user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

**Responsibilities &Tasks**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, project goals, and user needs.
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and user stories using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for software development teams.
- Work closely with product owners, project managers, and development teams to prioritize features, define acceptance criteria, and establish project scope.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as business process models, use cases, wireframes, and mockups to visualize system functionalities.
- Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential effects of proposed changes and enhancements on existing systems and processes.
- Assist in defining test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure thorough validation of software solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback and defect resolution with development teams.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, addressing questions, issues, and change requests as they arise.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Agile tools and practices.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

**Language**:

- Fluent English Level (C1)
- (Nice to have German)
