**About the role**

The main role of the **Technical Support Engineer **will be to be responsible for providing technical support and advice to sales teams and customers during the pre-sales process. This professional must be able to understand customer needs, translate them into technical solutions, and clearly and persuasively communicate how products and solutions can benefit the customer.

**Requirements**:
As a minimum you must have:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related
- Knowledge or/and experience in HVAC equipments and facilities
- Good command on English (B2/C1)
- Valid UE work permit

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

- Good command on French

**Responsibilities**

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

- Reference contact for technical issues related to the product manufactured at the Carrier Montilla Site.
- Optimization of technical selections to give the best technical and cost/term solution.
- Analysis of projects to adapt the product to the needs of our clients.
- Coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams in projects or product adaptation studies.
- Support to the Marketing team in product training for customers. Management of customer visits to the factory.
