Location: Barcelona, ES, 08025- Requisition ID: 12648**Responsibilities**:
- Applies principles and techniques to evaluate systems during development.
- Execute test cases, debug and resolve issues, track and prioritize defects
- Recording, reporting, and tracking defects to accurately depict the status of the system.
- Ensures data integrity by evaluating and recommending appropriate software and hardware solutions.
- Be involved in clarifying business requirements and user stories
- Work closely with key departmental colleagues such as Developers, Architects, DevOps, and fellow testers to accelerate the work.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in testing (preferably with complex multi-layer transaction systems)
- 1+ years working with testing scripting tools such as jmeter, SOAPUI, Selenium
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (Agile) processes and methodologies
- Experience in working with databases (DB2, PostgresSQL)
- Experience with Azure is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Conversational Spanish.
