We recently launched digital banks and wallets in multiple markets to enhance our customers’ experiences with a cutting-edge digital Ecosystem. As part of the Mulesoft Engineering team, your primary responsibility will be to establish core digital banking and wallet solutions globally.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead work on innovative, actionable and efficient technology solutions to drive API development and enhancements on the Mulesoft platform for the assigned region.
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards
- Execute to success through diligent planning, attention to detail, effective delegation, and efficient decision-making
- Interface and collaborate with other engineers in geographically distributed development centers
- Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development
- Share engineering support and release
- Be a culture champion on the team and across the company
**Role Requirements**
- BS in Computer Science or related fields with 3+ to 6+ years of professional experience.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned technical development tasks
- Hands-on experience working with and managing Mulesoft platform including Anypoint Studio, Exchange and Connectors.
- Someone with a proven track record of writing high quality, efficient code to build new APIs or integrate various system functionalities using existing APIs
- Experience solving functional product needs by effectively leveraging the Mulesoft platform capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing APIs using the Mulesoft platform
- Experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery)
- Proven ability to understand the business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements.
- Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks
- Ability to evaluate business needs and achieve alignment among stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing both direct and indirect talent effectively.
- Strong technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and integration development.
- Proven ability to understand the business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements.
- Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D

- Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing business priorities and to thrive under pressure.
