**¿CUÁL ES TU MISIÓN?**:
Como **Growth Data Engineer,** tu misión será reducir el plazo de ejecución de planes analíticos, instrumentaciones de herramientas de análisis y de entrega de dashboards de negocio a clientes. Además, ayudarás a agilizar y depurar la recogida de datos de experimentos a Growth Managers.

**¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS CONTRIBUCIONES?**:

- **Etiquetado de eventos** en **GTM** para GA4 y Amplitude.
- **Configuraciones avanzadas en GA4** para clientes.
- Asistencia en la creación de **exploraciones en GA4 y charts en Amplitude**.
- Creación de **informes** de resultados en **Looker Studio y PowerBi**.
- Ejecución de **auditoria de instrumentación** para cada nuevo cliente.
- Diseño de **planes de etiquetado** para clientes.
- **Resolución** de tickets sobre **dudas técnicas de instrumentación** **de experimentos** para Growth Managers.

**¿QUÉ TE HARÁ TRIUNFAR CON NOSOTROS?**:

- Tener **experiência de 1 año** en:

- instrumentación de **e-commerce** en **GA4.**
- Tener **experiência de 2 años** en:

- ejecución de **planes de marketing o de analítica.**:

- **g**estión** eficaz de **tareas** y **proyectos** complejos.
- **Jira, Trello, Asana o similar.**:

- **trabajo remoto**
- Contar con altas **habilidades de análisis en GA4 y Amplitude.**:

- Tener capacidad avanzada de **instrumentar con Google Tag Manager.**:

- Ser capaz de **crear dashboards avanzados en Looker Studio y Power BI.**:

- Iniciativa en **documentación** y cultura** Open Source** (disposición y habilidad para crear una documentación clara, detallada y accesible para proyectos. Mentalidad y valores relacionados con la comunidad del código abierto: transparencia, innovación tecnológica y contribución activa).
- Contar con un nível de **inglés intermedio B2**, ya que en este mundo digital y first-remote encontrarás más de algún cliente que se comunique en este idioma y tendrás que liderar reuniones en ese idioma.

- **Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM, Amplitude, Optimize, Hubspot, Tableau, Microsoft BI, Matomo, Mixpanel** y herramientas similares.
- **SQL y BigQuery, Python, R.**
- Cuentas con **experiência** en:

- **experimentación.**:

- gestión de pixeles de **tracking** de servicios de **ads**.
- Has participado en proyectos de **Instrumentación de Apps**
- Puedes **incorporarte** de forma **inmediata.**
