In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish-speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company’s products and services. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.

Tasks
- Receive qualified leads from the marketing department
- Organise resort viewings for the client
- Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face
- Ensure that all legal documents are correct
- Hand over clients to other internal departments

**Requirements**:

- Language skills: bilingual level in Dutch and an advanced level (C1+) in English & bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English. French is an added value.
- 4-5 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing
- 4-5 years of experience working in Real Estate
- You have a valid driving licence.
- You have availability to travel.
- You have worked with a CRM system before.
- You are a dynamic communicator
- Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls. You will only call to qualified leads.
