**About the Position**:
**Job Summary**
This job position of Logistics Administrative requires managing our warehouse efficiently and
according to current regulations.
- be succesful in this role, you should be well-organised and understand the entire process.
In brief, responsibilities include supporting all supply-chain procedures, from co-ordinating
deliveries to managing shipping documentation.
Overall, you will be required to follow-up on control tasks, such as; management of incidences,
client and transport claims, and purchasing of warehouse materials.
**Key Accountabilities**
- In coordination with our supply chain departments, you will ensure that the most
efficient processes are followed and that our clients receive the right orders on time
to maximise quality and and the level of service.
- More specifically, duties include managing all the relevant documentation of all
products that have been received from the warehouse.
- Prepare Shipping documents ( like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
- Daily follow-up on all the shipments is required in order to ensure that the most
efficient processes are being followed.
- Monitoring of the different movements in the system of the warehouse and paying
atttention to the coding system.
- Resolving incidences that are related to inbounds, outbounds, and any other issues
that could come up with regards to transport/ logístical problems.
- Also, part of the responsibilities would be to supervise clients’ products’ returns.
- Overseeing of the inventory in the system and physically monitoring the levels of
consumables and packaging materials’ stock and placing orders as needed.
Networking/Key relationships
This post would require you to interact and colaborate with both various internal departments
and external counterparts, such as; Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, IT, Customer Service as
well as external suppliers, transport agencies, 3PL and those that are responsible for warehouse
purcashing.
**Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position**:
- Be in the possession of a completed degree, medium or higher, of Administrative
Management.
- Fluent Written and Spoken English
- Microsoft Office Intermediate Level User, incl. Outlook, Word and Excel
- 1-2yrs work experience as an administrator( preferably related to Distribution Centres
and Supply Chain)
