**PROPÓSITO DEL TRABAJO**

Con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia y el impacto en nuestros clientes y consumidores, así como acelerar la penetración y maximizar el valor de nuestras marcas en el mercado, estamos fortaleciendo nuestro equipo de Chefs con la incorporación de un equipo de 4 Chefs Comerciales. Estos perfiles culinarios tendrán una sólida orientación comercial.

**¿CUÁLES SERÁN SUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?**
- Construir relaciones y atender las necesidades de los clientes, de manera que te conviertas en un asesor/a culinario/a de confianza, realizando demostraciones y aplicaciones de producto.
- Captar y desarrollar clientes y con ello ampliar y potenciar la penetración de nuestras marcas (SKU’s) en nuestros clientes finales del canal Fuera del Hoga ( Hoteles, Restaurantes, Cadenas, Caterings )
- Gestionar todos los objetivos de ventas y KPIs de los clientes potenciales.
- Proporcionar soluciones de beneficio mútuo para los clientes y Unilever. Entendiendo las necesidades del cliente y la estrategia de la compañía.
- En colaboración con los Chefs, apoyar al desarrollo de información de tendencias y recetas inspiracionales para inspirar equipo comercial y cliente final.
- Identificar tendencias y usos de los productos en nuestros clientes para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Participar en formaciones del equipo comercial y colaborar en la organización de eventos culinarios.

**LO QUE NECESITAS PARA TENER ÉXITO**

**Experiências y cualificaciones**
- Formación culinaria - Grado Medio o Formación Profesional.
- Un mínimo de 3 años de experiência culinaria o en la industria de servicios de alimentos.
- Se valorará positivamente un buen nível de inglés.

- Creatividad
- Excelente dominio en aplicaciones de Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.etc...).
