**YOUR MISSIONS**
Join the **Business Solutions**, an area which is responsible for the **strategic direction,** analysis, development, **testing and integration** of exciting technology projects within **Flight Centre’s Corporate Brands across Europe.**
Reporting to the **Head of Project Management**, you plan and oversee the successful delivery of **multiple concurrent projects**, working within the evolving scope of Flight Centre’s PMO. You demonstrate ability **to adapt & comply to processes, templates, and team systems.**
Focusing on delivering medium sized internal projects and **providing PMO administrative support,** the Project Manager will be responsible **overseeing projects independently across the EMEA region** as well as supporting the team in the delivery of larger/global programmes of work.
**Project Management (80%)**:
- Meet the guidelines and adherence of the Flight Centre Project Management Methodologies including documentation workflow
- Day-to-day aspects of initiating, validating & delivering projects
- Provide regular progress reporting for stakeholders and the wider business
- Close liaison with Systems Architects, PO and Business Analysts
- Identify and present budgetary costs
- Develop and manage project plans
- Track project risks, actions & decision points and escalating them
- Facilitate project review and stakeholder meetings, presenting progress, risks and decision points
**Administration (20%)**:
- Monitor resource allocation across projects
- Ensure project resource/time is tracked
- Chair and prepare material and reports for you and your team
- Keep key stakeholders informed of progress
**Organisational Skills**
- Qualified in Project / Program Managing using** leading methodologies** (Agile or Prince2 Practitioner)
- Experience in **delivering a project(s) end to end**:
- Experience of** Project Management tools i.e. Smartsheet, Wrike**:
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently & determine project urgency in a practical way and communicate this to the PMO
- Ability to cope with and monitor project deadlines and milestones
- Adapts to varying **customer needs**
**Analytical Skills**
- Probes for further information or greater understanding of a problem
- Presents clear recommendations to team & management
- Uses goals to guide actions; creates detailed action plans
**Interpersonal & Communication Skills**
- Fluent **English **& **French**, Team player
- Collaborates effectively with team members and key stakeholders
- Communicates appropriately with external vendors using a variety of tools sometimes determined by the vendor
**Commercial Awareness**
- Excellent knowledge of **the travel or technology industries**:
- **Researches new technologies** that will be implemented
- Keeps abreast of new technologies that could be used to improve Flight Centre operation
