Buscamos un System Engineer Manager.
**Sus princuipales funciones son**:
Garantizar la gestión de las actividades de Ingeniería de Sistemas dentro de las limitaciones proporcionadas por el PM, el PDA y los Arquitectos:
Durante la fase de planificación, definir el plan de desarrollo del sistema en coherencia con el de los elementos inferiores (dependencias, actividades de coingeniería).
Dirigir la identificación de los riesgos técnicos, los planes de mitigación y sigue su aplicación para garantizar una justificación temprana del diseño.
Adaptar el entorno de ingeniería de sistemas (proceso, prácticas y herramientas) en función de los requisitos y la categoría del proyecto.
Durante la fase de ejecución, garantizar la gestión global de la ingeniería mediante la coordinación / pilotaje de todas las partes interesadas en la ingeniería (función de "chef d'orchestre"), para cumplir los hitos y costes del proyecto.
Asignar responsabilidades a los colaboradores individuales.
Asegurar el papel de WPM para las actividades de ingeniería del sistema.
Reporta funcionalmente al Jefe de Proyecto
**Requisitos**:
Licenciado en Ingeniería
Fuerte y probado historial en el desarrollo de grandes sistemas espaciales como gerente de ingeniería de sistemas, arquitecto de sistemas o líder técnico (PDA)
Preferiblemente para misiones de alta gama, en una organización global compleja y a gran escala
Muy buen conocimiento de los ciclos de desarrollo
