We select **Capex **Project Engineer (Junior profile) **for Santiago de Compostela. His or her mission will be to guarantee with an integral and multidisciplinary approach, the correct development of the company Capex projects, ensuring the needs, offers, execution and start-up of each Capex project goes according to the marked objectives of schedule, cost, quality and scope.

Among the tasks to be carried out are the following:

- Ensure that the design complies with the goals (Schedule, Cost, Scope, and Quality) and specifications defined for each project. The person occupying the position is in charge that the project is aligned with the needs and the expectations of the team.
- Sourcing and negotiation with external suppliers, selection, and purchase of equipment, with administrative support from other members of the team. Ensure that all processes with external suppliers comply the Stolt Sea Farm’s regulations.
- On-site supervision of projects and contractors.
- Economic management of projects
- Kick-off, follow up and wrap up reports for the projects.

The person who joins must have a university degree in civil works, engineering building or industrial engineering, specializing in mechanics, ideally, but other degrees will be taken into consideration. He or she must have at least 1 year of experience managing construction and or industrial projects, especially Capex projects and some experience in project management.

This position requires a 50% time being onsite supervising in filed operations. The person occupying this position may also be involved in some design aspects of the project, but can rely in the design team for detailed aspect.

Seleccionamos un/a **Ingeniero/a de Proyecto Capex **para Santiago de. Su misión será garantizar con un enfoque integral y multidisciplinar, el correcto desarrollo de los proyectos Capex de la empresa, asegurando que las necesidades, ofertas, ejecución y puesta en marcha de cada proyecto Capex va de acuerdo con los objetivos marcados de plazo, coste, calidad y alcance.

Dentro de las tareas a realizar se encuentran las siguientes:

- Asegurar que el diseño cumpla con los objetivos (Cronograma, Coste, Alcance y Calidad) y especificaciones definidas para cada proyecto. La persona que ocupa el cargo se encarga de que el proyecto esté alineado con las necesidades y expectativas del equipo.
- Compra y negociación con proveedores externos, selección y compra de equipos, con apoyo administrativo de otros miembros del equipo. Asegurar que todos los procesos con proveedores externos cumplan con las regulaciones de Stolt Sea Farm.
- Supervisión en obra de proyectos y contratistas.
- Gestión económica de proyectos
- Informes de arranque, seguimiento y cierre de los proyectos.
- Desarrollo de documentación técnica para subvenciones. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a, la aplicación, seguimiento, supervisión durante y después de la concesión y su cierre.

La persona que se incorpore deberá tener título universitario en obras civiles, ingeniería de la edificación o ingeniería industrial, en la especialidad de mecánica, idealmente, pero otras titulaciones también se valorarán. Él o ella debe tener entre 1 a 2 años de experiência en la gestión de proyectos de construcción, especialmente proyectos de Capex y algo de experiência en gestión de proyectos.

Este puesto requiere un 50% de tiempo supervisando in situ las operaciones realizadas. La persona que ocupa este puesto también puede estar involucrada en algunos aspectos del diseño del proyecto, pero puede apoyarse en el equipo de diseño para el aspecto detallado.
